Your Data & Privacy — The Full Picture
You deserve to know exactly what happens with your information. Not legalese. Not a 47-page privacy policy written by lawyers to protect us. Just the facts.
What do you collect?
Your assessment responses (the 1-5 scores you give each statement). Your email, name, and phone ONLY if you choose to enter them on the results page. That is it.
What do you NOT collect?
We do not collect your IP address for profiling, install tracking cookies, use pixels from Facebook or Google, record your screen, monitor your browsing behavior, or build a profile on you. We are not interested in stalking you across the internet.
Who sees my results?
You. If you arrived through a partner link, your partner sees your name, email, score, and tier (NOT your individual question responses) — but only if you choose to enter your contact information. If you do not enter your email, your assessment is completely anonymous.
Do you sell my data?
No. Not now. Not ever. Not even if someone offers us a ridiculous amount of money. This is not that kind of platform.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email us and we will permanently delete your assessment data. No hoops. No 30-day waiting period. No "we’ll keep an anonymized version." Gone.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes. In transit (when it moves between your browser and our servers) and at rest (when it is stored). Industry-standard encryption. We take this seriously.
What happens if you get hacked?
We would tell you immediately. Not three months later. Not after a PR team crafts a response. The day we know, you know. But we also store the minimum possible data, so even in a worst-case scenario, there is very little to find.

Is this free?
Taking an assessment is free. You get your full results for free. You get your recommendations for free. If you arrived through a partner link, your partner may have limited credits — but that is between them and us. You pay nothing.
How long does an assessment take?
Most take 8-12 minutes. A few quick assessments take 5 minutes. The deep dives take 15-20. We tell you before you start.
Can I take the same assessment twice?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Take it now, work on your gaps for 90 days, take it again. Seeing your progress is one of the most powerful things this platform can do for you.
What if I disagree with my results?
That is actually useful information. If your gut says you are stronger in an area than the assessment shows, ask yourself: "Would my team agree?" Sometimes the gap between how we see ourselves and how the organization actually operates is the most important insight.
Can I share my results with my team?
Yes — email yourself the results and forward them, or share the results URL directly. Some of the best conversations happen when a leadership team takes the same assessment separately and then compares notes.
